EXECUTIVE PACK
In the woven tie program only, a combination of silk, silk face, and polyester ties, and/or bows, may be used to attain the quantity price, i.e. 100 pure silk ties and 400 polyester ties can be woven in one design to achieve the 500 unit pricing.

COLOUR ASSORTMENT
The same design can be woven/printed in different coloured grounds and/or design colours, i.e. 200 navy ties, 100 black ties, 100 green ties, and 100 burgundy ties, to achieve the 500 unit price. The minimum number of ties per colour in wovens is 50 units per colour, in prints the minimum is 200 units per colour.

GENDER FRIENDLY
Part of an order can be made up in ties, and part in ladies' bows, or suspenders, men's bows, cummerbunds, ascots, etc. The units are added together to achieve price points.

OVER/UNDER POLICY
We reserve the right to be 10% over/under units ordered.

PACKAGING
All ties are packed in individual sleeves.
Gift boxing is available for an additional charge.

DELIVERY

  • Preproduction sample - four weeks from receipt of order.
  • Finished ties - four weeks from receipt of approval of preproduction sample.
  • Repeat orders - four weeks from receipt of order.

PERSONALIZED LABELS
We can prepare a print label, black ground with gold printing, to your specifications. This can feature your, or your customer's logo, or just the copy in stock type. You must supply the copy of what you require on the label. A suggested layout follows.

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?
Should you wish to proceed on a tie design we require a copy of the logo or crest you would like to incorporate in your tie design, and in the colours you wish to have included in this design. This does not have to be "camera ready" artwork. We can proceed from a copy of your letterhead or business card, and reproduce it, just as long as the logo or crest is clear and complete, including colours. If possible, a laser print is of great assistance.  For print programs, a ZIP disk can be used.  
Also, indicate whether you are considering a woven or printed tie, and the colour of the ground of the tie.  You can make reference to the ties illustrated in the catalogue as to which tie layouts you prefer.
We will generate a full colour mock-up of your design. We will forward this to you, along with a tie of similar design which we have done in the past, to give you an idea of our capability to reproduce designs, and your quality. There is no charge for this mock-up. 
The next step is to have a "header" woven or printed.  This is sufficient fabric, in your design, to produce one tie for your final approval of the colours before we have all the fabric woven or printed to complete your order.  This requires us to complete the first step of our production cycle, the creation of the design program or screens to do your design.  At this point you are liable for the design costs.  We can change the colours, at no additional cost, but, to alter the design we must make new design programs or screens, which would result in an additional charge.
Before we make the design program or screens we must know that you are serious about a tie design.  For this reason we must insist on a deposit of 25% of the full cost of the order.  The deposit is not refundable once we have produced the header sample.
